Last thing, I went to the website. Should I click the first tab File or ReOpen your claim? Im not sure what to click.

Click on reopen. It will walk you through it and if needed, call them on Monday morning to follow up on the claim with their clerks. Keep in mind the system is designed to make it less convenient so people dont file so easily so it takes a bit of extra patience and effort. Good luck and enjoy the day.
