Hello I am a licensed attorney here to help you with your question, please review my response and do not hesitate to ask for clarificati on

wallstreetesq. :

Unless your boss cursed at you due to

wallstreetesq. :

your race, gender, age, or disbility

wallstreetesq. :

than their is nothing in violation of the law for your bosses clearly abusive language.

wallstreetesq. :

What you can do, if your boss does not stop, is to document the language, and resign from your job due to his

wallstreetesq. :

harassment, and sue him for a constructive discharge, as he made the conditions at work so harsh that you had no other option but to quit.

Customer:

and if that included him threating me saying that i know where he stands meaning he will fired me if i even talk back??

wallstreetesq. :

If he fires you, than you can file for unemployment benefits,

wallstreetesq. :

but that is not against the law, for him to make those statements to you

Customer:

okay those where my questions thank you very much...

wallstreetesq. :

Good luck, and if he makes any false statement about your reputation to others, you can sue him for defamation as well
