1) If you were terminated, then you have to answer "Yes"
2) Did your conduct affect your ability, it certainly does not sound like it, "No."
3) No you do not admit in being involved in the incident
4) No the incidents were not involved with work
Explain that you were a manager and were demoted to employee and the employer is using this alleged incident as a mere pretext for terminating you rather than paying you at manager pay.
You need to consider getting a local unemployment attorney to represent you if it comes to the employer appealing your unemployment.
