I recently asked the benefits person at what age and when you can retire. I have her email response stating after 50 and after 2016 you only need to work for one year. I submitted my retirement email on Friday. It was replied with Congratulations. Just let HR know. I told my boss on Monday am. He told me I can't do that. I am now being told I cannot retire and have to resign. I work inHR. They must be upset I am leaving. I will be the 3rd HR person to leave since September. … read more
