VerifiedThanks for your question.I woudl file with EEOC claiming age and other discrimination.Argue that they have singled you out here for disparate treatment.EEOC will investigate and issue findings and a right to sue letter if they find in your favor.This may also back them off if they are trying to fire you.Honestly that appears to be there goal as you suspect.You would then file a second EEOC complaint if they do that.

You might well have such legal claims/suit.You have to decide if you are up to a legal fight health wise.A lawsuit can be pretty stressful.I am sorry they have put you through all of this.I can see that it can all overwhelm you sometimes.Employers can be real cold.
