VerifiedIt is not appropriate for me to advise you one way or the other on this particular matter. The decision on signing such a release to get a "very limited severance package" would depend on a number of factors including how desparately you need the money at this time.
The reality is, that any lawsuit will take TIME, and would not be certain that any case would be sucessful no matter how "strong" the case was in your opinion or your attorney.
From the limited information that you present there are a number of actions which would clearly appear to meet the definition of sexual harassment.
