I am afraid there is no phone number to call, and there is no representative to talk to. Please note that your phone number and recovery email are the only validation options. There is no social security number on the account or billing to validate you.

It's crucial to keep your recovery options up to date. People change their numbers, open a new email, and don't update their accounts.
