Can you try to remove or logout your email account on the affected device, close the mail app or web browser, and then restart your computer/device.
Next, connect to a network (Wi-Fi or Wired).
Add the email account again, and make sure to enter the correct password ***** the account.
Once done, try to send a test email to yourself to see if you can receive it.
