I'm sorry you are having trouble recovering your Gmail account. There are only a few limited ways Google allows you to recover it. One way is with their password ***** You enter the information you have and it will send you a recovery code to your phone or email. That tool is in the link below.
If that fails, go to the following site and walk through Google's guide to help you get access to your account.

If both of those options fail, then creating a new account is the only option. You can go here to create a new user name with a new password.
