Right, we are still working on that. First you need to be able to sign into your account. We cannot do anything until you are able because that is the minimum requirement for resolving this issue.

Then remove the email account from your outlook app on your iPhone, restart your iPhone and add the account back to fix it in the Outlook app.

This is not Microsoft. If it is not sending and receiving it is likely out of space.

To check if your Outlook email account is full, follow these steps:

3. In the left-hand menu, select "General" and then select "Storage."
4. On the right side of the screen, you will see a bar graph that shows how much storage space you have used and how much is available. If the graph is almost full or completely full, you may need to free up space in your account by deleting old emails or attachments.

I am not sure I understand your question. Once you are signed in please use the guide to check your storage. I cannot sent you a code as I do not work for Microsoft. Also, there is not a department at Microsoft you can talk to for them to send you a code.

You will need to be able to access the account in a browser to check the storage. You can try from your already signed in web browser, but typically it requires a desktop environment.

Microsoft does not a a phone number for account access related issues. For those issues they handle it all through an automated system.
