Begin the recovery process by following the steps on the page below.

Type in the e-mail address or phone number attached to your account on the page above

• Type in a password ***** you can remember using (you can also try selecting the 'Try Another Way' option to switch verification methods.) then select next
• On the next page, you will see the Get Verification option (only if your phone number is *****)
• Verify your recovery e-mail addresses by entering them and select Send
• Now, follow the on-screen instructions by opening your mobile phone or recovery e-mail inbox. Locate the verification code through a text message or e-mail and take note of the code. If you're asked additional questions, follow the on-screen instructions and answer the questions as directed.
• Select 'Verify' and type in your new password

Do your best answering the questions. I understand they can be difficult to remember, but try your hardest. Also, avoid skipping questions if you're not clear on what the answer might be. Take your best guess and fill in the most questions that you can.

If the current verification method isn't working (verification code is going to another e-mail or phone you no longer have access to) utilize the Try Another Way option, if it's available. Keep in mind - the verification codes are on a timer and will eventually expire if not used soon enough after they're generated. Try using the code as soon as possible to avoid repeating the process. If you keep trying the recovery process multiple times, your account will be blocked/locked out.
