Method 1: Kindly check your Trash/Bin/Deleted Items folder for the lost emails and you can restore it back from that folder.
Method 2: If you do not find the deleted email through the above method then, Kindly use the Gmail Message Recovery Tool through the below link. https://support.google.com/mail/workflow/9317561?visit_id=*****************3-1306302587&rd=1
Open the link, Sign-in and login with your Gmail account.
You will be asked to update your password ***** Google tries to recover your messages, Google needs to make sure your account is secure. Change the password. Once done, go back to the Gmail Message Recovery Tool page and click on continue.
If the email recovery is possible, you will see the message "Good news! We are currently restoring your missing messages." It may take up to 24 hours for the emails to get restored. You can check the All Mail or Inbox tab to check for the restored emails.
