I’m sorry to hear about your gmail and not getting the 2 factor code. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly. Use the steps below to reset the password.

use the google/gmail password ***** from the link below. If you get to a question you don't know the answer to or don't have access to (old phone) then click the link that says " try another way". Keep clicking that till you know an answer. The key is to use the " try another way" link when you don't have access to your email or phone number. Let me know how it goes.
Here are some tips

If possible:
Use a computer, phone, or tablet where you frequently sign in

Use the same browser (like Chrome or Safari) that you usually do

Be in a location where you usually sign in, like at home or at work
