Is there a way I can speak to a person? I have had a Dropbox
I have had a Dropbox account that was free for probably three or four years now and I've never use it except for when the photographer took our portrait shots for me for my business. And I've appreciated that the photos have still been available via dropbox without having to pay anything. this August we went on a vacation where I must've taken probably about 800 or 1000 photographs and I wanted to share some of those with the friends who are we traveled with. So somebody started a dropbox account so that we could all put photos that we took in a shared account. That's what I learned that I had too many photos and I would have to pay a fee in order to be able to share the photos. So I thought OK I'll buy the service at least for at least as long as it takes for me to share the photos. And when I looked at the choices it look like I would be paying 15 or $20 a month and I was OK with that. Then I tried subscribing and I thought I did but it turned out it was just a free trial. Which I didn't understand. Also I had a lot of difficulty trying to get the photos from my phone camera to download into dropbox in fact there still I think hundreds of photos have yet to be downloaded successfully. I also read that I actually didn't put in the billing info. Poops! I tried to put in the billing info and press submit but it did nothing. Can you help me with this? Peter … read more
