I just got a new HP laptop. Not sure how to explain this. We have 2 laptops here - one is mine and one is my husband's Microsoft was registered in his name on his laptop and he is the admn. When I set up my existing laptop, I set up my own account under his. So when I turn it on, I see my nae and enter my pin. Now let's go to the new laptop. I was fine yesterday.I used his email and password ***** originally get in. But all my stiff came up. Today I was downloading the upgraded version of Windows 10. I ran out of time and brought it home before it completely loaded. When I opened it, it updated. Then of course it closed. And now it's showing my name but will not allow me to enter my password. I have tried to change his PW in the hopes that I will see his name on my new laptop, but only mine. It's basically locking me out of my new laptop.
