I cannot receive e-mail at***@******.*** which is my user name, I am not very tech savvy and I also cannot get on to facebook

Customer: My cell phone number is***-***-****,but I cannot send or receive text messages

Customer: Just please enable me to get my E-mail and log on to Facebook , every time I go into my e-mail a box pops up and says wrong user name or wrong password, I don't even know what my password ***** and every password ***** put in they say it is wrong.
