ok. Here goes -- I have a small business and we share a gmail account among three people. To monitor all sent correspondence, we always use a bcc to ourselves. Never had any issues. We have two add - on on our gmail account. Folio (a real estate transaction management program) and Gmelius (where we actually operate our automatic BCC). Problem - We are no longer receiving any BCCs in our Inbox. The sent box shows that it was sent. If we forward an email to our selves it doesn't show up in our inbox. I thought it was low storage, So I purchased low storage. I check on gmelius and I don't see a problem. We have though of other alternative process to keep ourselves informed, and we still would like to operate this gmail account with three of us using it. … read more
