VerifiedYou are in that area that their process just does not handle
basically it could deal with you losing your phone or your password ***** not both at the same time
your only hope would be if you had an alternate email linked to the gmail account and you still had access to that. you can try the normal gmail lost my password ***** say "i dont have access" to the phone and hope it pops up with an email address it can send a code to.
otherwise it is a bad process and you would have to have your cell company get you another phone with your old number before you could recover the gmail account.
sorry it was not better news.
I can only work with what is there.
google does not have anybody that will look at it and decide with common sense.
they have a computer that has certain things that you can do to get it reset or it just says no.
please dont shoot the messenger and i really would appreciate if you would give me a 5 star rating for doing the best that i can.
if you lost the phone verizon should be able to at least turn it off and get you a new phone. If you get the same phone number on it then you can use it to recover the google password. It will help if you want to recover everything that was on your old phone. But no if you are willing to start over you dont have to bother.
