Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I have used the same Gmail acct. for 6 years now but recently when I went to install my new computer at home Gmail won't accept it.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have repeatedly tried to send out the same account but to no avail. I went to google.com/acct./recovery. Still no acceptance.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
