I'm receiving the following...

I'm receiving the following message: We couldn't access the acct: ATT You might need to update your password ***** give the account permission to sync to this drive". All of my emails are stuck since May 22. One of the csrs from ATT attempted to help with updates to my account, however the password ***** question, I believe is to my Microsoft Account. Can you help? Thanks

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

All troubleshooting from Microsoft. when the password ***** incorrect, they state they will send a code, however the problem is I cannot receive any emails and they provide no option for a text message.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Not really. just need my password ***** my Microsoft Account so I can get emails.

So you have headers, but not returned mail? That does not indicate blocked mail unless you are spamming people and trying to find a way around it.
