My problem is involving entire Google account. Sorry I didn't get the correct service. Thanks anyway.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Don't have internet access, but my phone was working fine with data access. However, my data limit is almost to 3.5. and I have been getting error replies, might be my SIM card.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

So far, I am able to receive Gmail, but messenger told me my messages (FB) will not be seen by anyone else but
me

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Yes. My call forwarding and waiting turned off ? Tried to restart them. Message was server or SIM card error. Another time about email (?) ---said internal error. thanks
