Have 2 problems,one all the times Microsoft or windows send a key code by email it mever goes through, & also tried to download Hello & said won't work on this computer it is a new hpZ200 64 bit, with plenty memory

I use google mostly,cant get code key to change to outlook

What version of windows are you using on the computer you are having issues with?
