Can not send mail. The username or password ********@******.*** is incorrect. Yet the outgoing works and mosaic has a mail webpage which is integrated into the I-phone mail app which works to send and receive.

ok, on the iPhone

  • Quickly press and release the volume up button.
  • Quickly press and release the volume down button.
  • Hold in the wake/lock button until you see the Apple logo.

Once done, tell me if you can then send and receive

Go to settings, general, reset, reset settings
