I have sent a message from printer When I try to open the message it says it cant open as there is no previewer> I have downloaded the printer apps to the new computer Barry

Only since i got the new competer

No as long as i can send from my printer to email (that is working) but I cant open the message to check it before sending out

Scanned a doc to my email address. The message arrived in my email with an attachment. When I forwarded the email to another address, the attachment would not open. When I tried to open the attachment it would not open and a message said I need previewer
