I have windows 10 i had e mail working just tryed to go on to e mail but theres nothing therewhat has happened

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Not shure im with sastell e mails come to my i pad not to desktop

Tryed to reset tryed to sync wont let me
