I attempted to send and e-mail yesterday. Going from a reply mode or a new one, I did not get a button that said "SEND" what am I doing wrong?

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I only use my lap top. I have never experience this problem before.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I don't understand. I'm 70 years old, widowed, I just wanted to reply to an e-mail and could not get it to go.
