Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Ipad

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Everything . Typing letters in etc that they tell me. It still says error try again, incorrect password ***** does not match try again later. I have spent 5 hous trying to sort. I have had no emails come in for about 36 hours. Can access Facebook but no emails.
