I am locked out...

I am locked out of my email account and I have sucessfully (I thought) changed password ***** tonight because someone in Canada is logging onto my system. Also yesterday night when i Could not get into my emails I logged onto [https://support.google.com/mail/accounts/answer/78754(Failure)] with capial F in Failure, and immediately got a call from a tech support group named IZ Access who claimed they worked with Google.They ran analysis and said there were Trojan Horse malwares on my system. They claimed to clean up my computer and I signed up for their protection services. Do you know of them?

What do you mean by AIM account?

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

Have phone number. Some how I deleted security question when I was trying

I'm sorry about the issue. That was a scam as they do not work for Google. Also, Google and any legitimate company would never contact you automatically about any issue. Whenever you have any issue, you would need to contact a support company yourself first.

Did the scammer install any program on your computer?
Do you have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac computer?

Are you currently able to sign in and access your gmail email address at the gmail.com website?
