Harry, You're probably gone by this time. Thank you. Got tired of waiting so attended to things thad had to be done. My provider is google & spectrum (Time Warner Cable)

Unfortunately, there isn't a way around the Google recovery options. If you are unable to use those options, then you will need to open a new account.
