What exactly did you mean by that? You said you logged in and you see the Inbox. Are you referring to the MAIL app with that not with Chrome?

Please stop using that Mail apps as we are troubleshooting your account, the troubleshooting CANNOT be done on the mail app. It should be done on the browser.

So please open your web browser, and then go to https://mail.yahoo.com and then LOG IN to your ATT account.

Please tell me what happens.

Please just try to log in -- enter your full email -- enter your password, then login. It should not invoke any extension.

Thank you for that confirmation. Now, let me tell you, that Mail app that you are using is not a stable email app. I suggest that you download and install Thunderbird since it is more stable and there are a lot of features for your daily email usage.

Here is the link, please download and install Thunderbird:

https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/

After downloading, please double click on it to install it.

After installing, please run or open Thunderbird. I believe an icon is created on your desktop screen for easier access.

When you open Thunderbird for the first time, please ADD your OWN email address, just bypass the option to sign up for a new email.

Thunderbird will detect the server settings for your email. Once successful, please check if you can send and receive emails just fine.
