I keep getting a box saying to enter my username and password ***** the following server (imap-mail.outlook.com) After I do that the box keeps coming up and I can not send or receive emails

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your Outlook account on any other devices?

Probably my phone

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I should, how do I find out?

Do you mean you are using Microsoft Outlook on Windows, and it keeps showing a small dialogue box asking your for password ***** a mail server? Please better provide a screenshot to confirm the issue.
