Are you using Outlook or Imap or anything with the account? Because that should only be there up to twenty-four hours and then you should be able to access the account.

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.
Or a ipad/iphone/tablet/android etc?

What email are you trying to get back?

How do you usually access your email? Email client such as windows live, (built in email app

on the computer itself that looks like an envelope) Thunderbird? Using a regular browser such

as Firefox/Internet Explorer/Chrome etc?

You do. It is a windows 10. Most people just dont know it is there. Click the dark blue e and try it for edge, or use your search and type in internet explorer and click on that. It will open internet explorer.

You do. I cannot help you if you do not do as i ask in either edge or by going to internet explorer on your windows 10. It is built in. They all have it. Let me give you 2 more ways to follow it. Please reply when you do these steps.
