My Yahoo email will...

My Yahoo email will NOT let me "delete" anything. I go into "mail" and I click on the box to delete an email... it "opens" it instead of deleting it. Then, when I have it open... I click on "delete". It ignores me. All of my email addresses seem to be gone from "memory" too. I still have Windows 7 but have NOT had any problems at all.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On my computer internet.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I re-booted, I shut down and restarted, I turned off and unplugged and started over again, the next morning.

Im going to outline a simple way to efficiently check for a virus, the program below is free, and wont charge you to remove what it finds.

Download, install and run hitman pro from this link click here

If it finds anything, right click the list when it fiinishes and then choose select all, delete/

Once its removed what it found, restart your computer and then run hitman pro a second time. If you get stuck during those steps let me know so I can help you, and as far as your other issues we will deal with them after we complete the virus check.
