II cannot seem to...

II cannot seem to access my account on google. Each time I try, google does not recognize my password, and I have to go through the hassle of changing it. I just went through this recently, and again, the password ***** ***** accepted. Why is this such a deal?

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

I have no other device beyond my desktop computer. That's it.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

Frankly, I don't recall what was asked initially. I believe last time I gained access, I did change my phone # & email name. And this last time, though I had changed my name, google only responded to my old account. Yet it sent the original email to my new account. Very confusing.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

You know, Jess. My mind gets scrambled when I run into these types of issues online. If I can find a way to get to my account without undo frustration, that would be very good indeed.

OK Sam. It's important that you know, however, that I do not own an iphone or any other mobile phone. The phone number you have is a landline, So, no texting.

The best solution for your issue would be to write down the password ***** your Google account after you reset it.

I do not want to pay $5 plus $39 to access my account! And to answer your question, this has gone on from the gate. I've changed passwords 4-5 times now. And what exactly do you mean "write down the password ***** your google account". You don't think I do that?
