Thank you for patiently waiting. The problem you are having right now is caused by your browser being used to create a GOOGLE ACCOUNT that is NOT ending in @gmail.com, and you are trying to access Gmail. From the text you posted, you created a GOOGLE account using the email ending in @cbmr.com. I believe that is a valid GOOGLE account now, but accessing Gmail while still LOGGED IN to that account will redirect you to the page you are now -- asking you to create a Gmail account.
So to solve this problem, there are several ways. But we need to do it one way at a time.
First, I suggest that your SIGN OUT from the currently LOGGED IN Google account. Here are the steps:
- In your Chrome, open a new browser tab
- Manually type there this URL and press Enter to access it:
https://myaccount.google.com/
- If you see your account there, it will say "Welcome" then your name. That means you are indeed logged in to a Google account. So click on your Google avatar on the upper right corner. It could be your profile icon or the first letter of your name.
- After clicking on it, click on the SIGN OUT button.
- When you are SIGNED OUT successfully, please access your Gmail regularly!
