Good Morning - I don't know what I have done but Thunderbird will not accept new email address' which are not in our address book and the send button is not alive? Best regards > trev

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

I have no idea....sorry.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Sorry - again, I have no idea. I have a HP tower PC.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have two emails - telstra and tpg. I have checked my settings and both outgoing server's seem to be okay with no filters applied.
