I am having a problem opening my Outlook emails this week.

I am having a problem opening my Outlook emails this week. Yesterday it started that when I open the Outlook emails they freeze up and I can't open any attachments, or reply, or even shut it back down. I have to manually exit the internet to get out of it.

Technician's Assistant: When could you last open your Outlook?

Last Friday. This is on my office computer. I can open them on my laptop. I have the Office 365 on my laptop but not on the office. Could this have something to do with not having the 365 on the office computer?

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

If I purchase the Office 365 on my Office Computer, will this resolve the email issue? Is there some limit on the regular Outlook that is preventing my from working on the emails?
