I have Windows live email with I changed my password ***** on my iphone, ipad, and pc. Everything is fine with the iphone and ipad but my pc email program continues to reject the new password.
JA: Are you logged into your Gmail account on any other devices?
Customer: Just the iphone and ipad.
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?
Customer: The phone number that came up is my land line which cannot text and I don't think there are any security questions
