If the password ***** ***** her AOL email account, then you need to have her go through the 'Forgot your password?' procedure on this page:

https://login.aol.com

enter her AOL ID name (grower36 I presume) on that page, click on NEXT, then proceed to recover her password ***** clicking on the 'Forgot your password?' or similar link when her password (whatever she enters for it, if she has forgotten it) fails to work.

If it is the TurboTax password, then recover it by this means:

https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

and enter her phone # there, the proceed to identify her account, then recover or reset the password ***** it.
