I have not been able to get or sent e-mails on my MacBook Pro for 2 weeks. I haven't received e-mails on my apple phone since oct. 2017

I talked to the people in California for several hours one day. I would really like a one on one person who I could understand . That call was trying to retrieve my Earthlink password ***** I haven't had for at least 10 yrs. When I try to get an app on my phone they ask me for that password.

Are you still able to access your iCloud emails via web from HERE This is to verify your password, not to ask you to always access emails this way.

BTW, what's the email address in question? With iCloud or with Earthlink? They are different.
