Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Good afternoon, we are having problems with accessing our emails through Rodney Square Building Restoration account. I don't know who to contact about this. I don't know if they have to pay a bill. We got a security alert that someone has tried to access or change the passwords

Does it matter that I am using my computer which is not associated with Rodney Square
