I cannot connect with...

I cannot connect with my wi-fi for the last month, at first it was just my email on my tablet, now I have no wi-fi connection I am a Verizon.net customer, Help!!! You can call me at(###) ###-####if you need to. Rosemarie Mohler

Technician's Assistant: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?

Yes, I think so, but an email sometimes takes 2 - 3 days to come up on my desk top and nothing on my tablet.

Technician's Assistant: Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router?

There are 2 lights on circle on top front, then then wi-fi funnel white light, no blinking.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

I don't know what to ask, guess it has to do with the verizon takeover.

Samsung Model SM-T230 , the wifi doesn't seem to be active on my desktop either.

On the tablet, go to settings, wifi, do you see your wifi there in the list?

It is listed but says I am not in range, I am at my computer and the router is right here and there are no flashing lights on top

Remove the power to the wifi router, wait 5 minutes connect the power and tell me if it then works please
