My archived messages are not going to archive,under all mail I only get old emails that I have not archived

From my computer in google mail

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I receive mail ok .wnen I choose archive from my inbox the message is not moved.actually I loose it from the inbox but it does not show up in all mail

my email shows up allright.when I click Archive for that message it disappears from my mail page but does not show up in my all mail page.
