Hi. Just updated to 2016 yesterday. Back at computer today. One of my two email accounts is not showing up at all.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Main provider is at&t. That one is showing up. My second address is***@******.*** -- has been transferred several times -- not sure original provider

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through icon on desktop. Before both would show up and I could choose which to access, etc.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
