Cannot create account on Findagrave. I tried w/o success…

Cannot create account on...

Cannot create account on Findagrave. I tried w/o success yesterday - I entered all the req'd data but site was unresponsive. Today, after many seconds, it says "verification expired" and asks me to try again. Failed 3 times in a row.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Comcast

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On a laptop..I have a desktop icon set up.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your laptop?

HP Pavilion with Windows 10.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Pavilion? Have you installed any updates recently?

Have had it for at least a couple years. Have used it for email and web browsing mostly w/o little problems. Only s/w changes are the ones Microsoft automatically applies.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

Yesterday when I tried creating an account, the site wanted me to prove I wasn't a robot by having me select from about 6 or 8 pictures. Today it isn't doing that.

If you have any suggestions let me know. I don't suppose you can contact Findagrave directly ? They could certainly set up the account on their end.

Hotmail will not reset my password, since yesterday. laptop,
usually request a reset and microsoft sends code to an alternate email - but no code is ever sent ... tried multiple time yesterday, then stopped, tried multiple times today; then did a recovery request, but told depending on questions/my responses - may or may not get the reset.
