I discontinued my upgrade...

I discontinued my upgrade Yahoo mail end of January. I now have a charge on my credit card for the service of $19.99 for coming year. Why do I have this charge on my credit card bill?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I don't use Yahoo any longer.

I have removed Yahoo from my iPad and iPhone

I tried calling Yahoo and the automated answer referred me to help.yahoo.com on line. I am not getting any help there for this problem. I am going to refuse the payment on my credit card unless someone can explain to me why I need to pay this.
