if i go on the internet and connect to my gmail account it works fine but when I go thru outlook it keep gettinh the error message and email won't send or receive. my other two gamail account work fine in outlook

Sorry, you cannot watch the video, I can give you the steps in writing because without retrieving the password, you cannot access the email address from Outlook.
