When I try to...

When I try to log in to my account with my password ***** get a message that says email address and password *****'t match. But both are correct. I no longer have the same phone number and I don't remember whe I opened the account. I know I am using the correct email address and password. Help

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

I got a new iPad and haven't been able to log on to it. Also can't log on any other device, say like at the library.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

The phone number is ***** but I should have the security questions. This problem started with the new iPad. I am using my old iPad without a problem.
