I cannot get into...

I cannot get into my SBC Global account. It will not accept my password, and I really need to talk to someone..... NOT "chat" with someone on the internet.... I have been trying to get this worked out for 3 hours now..... Please help

What do you mean.... I am on my computer, was trying to pay my AT&T account and I could not get logged in.... something I have done forever without problems. I also have my IPhone

I don't know what you mean??

Technician's Assistant: The Mac Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far?

I wish I could talk to someone, not "chat"..... is that possible?? This all started on my computer....

Tell him I am frustrated.... This did not start on my phone.... It started on my computer... I have a Yahoo account and an SBC Global account... I can get on my Yahoo account just not the SBC account....

Do not charge me $39 dollars... I cannot do this "chat" stuff on line. I will have to get someone to help me in person.Please respond back to let me know you will not be charging the $39 dollars. Thank you, ***** *****
