I am unable to...

I am unable to receive or send e mail. I keep getting the message to enter my user name and password. I tried changing my password, but the new one doesn't work either.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Windows Live Mail. I have AT&T Uverse and am not sure how good the reception is, but it certainly has never been off for this long!

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Nothing new, and I have never had this problem before

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I am also unable to send or receive e mail on my cell
